Trusting from the Inside Out, Ruth Rinehart

MARCH 17: Trusting from the Inside Out, Ruth Rinehart

Trust is part of a well-lived life.    And trust -- like love, like forgiveness -- involves choice.  We can choose to trust, sometimes in spite of evidence to the contrary!  Why would we want to?  Ruth Rinehart will guide you through the benefits of choosing trust.  Trusting self, trusting others (always staying grounded in wisdom and discernment), trusting the Divine / trusting Life itself.  In our UU community, we live by covenant, which means we choose to trust.

Ruth Rinehart, MA, is an Aspirant to UU ministry, currently a seminarian at Iliff School of Theology in Denver.   She is a member of Jefferson Unitarian Church and lives in Golden with her husband and youngest daughter.  She is involved in an ongoing conversation about trust, particularly how it can improve co-parenting after divorce.  Ruth is passionate about the divinity of the natural world and our own individual spiritual paths.
