S. J. Film Series: Half the Sky

The Unitarian Universalist United Nations Office (UU-UNO) produced this 40 minute condensed version of “Half the Sky” from the the 4 hour PBS special that premiered in October 2012.
The film provides a wonderful platform for raising awareness about critical women’s rights issues and opening a space for a deeper discussion of issues and action steps. Arun Lobo, a self-described "feminist/activist" from India and intern at UU-UNO, will lead the discussion following the film.
