Communications and Marketing

Purpose

The purpose of this committee is to encourage productive communication that furthers the mission and goals of the Fellowship. 

We watch over the communications-related contracted services (telephone, Wi-Fi network, website) and AV equipment.  In addition, the committee reviews marketing, advertising, and public outreach information prior to release and maintains a current resource list of community media contact information that facilitates communication and publicity for UUFD-related events.  (See our charter and handbook documents for additional info.)

Meeting Schedule

The second Wednesday of each month, 10:00 AM.  Typical length: 1.5 hours.

Current Priorities / Needs

We’re currently working to improve the UUFD website content and working with the Buildings and Grounds Committee members to plan for installation of a special sound system for the hearing impaired.
